how to apply

We require at least two of the following documents to support your Pooky trade application:

Website or social media Portfolio (if you do not have a website etc a Pooky trade representative will contact you to request more info)

Company registration number

Employer Identification Number

At least two trade references (interior suppliers)

Pooky trade discount is subject to availability and exclusions apply.

On receipt of your application and required documentation, a Pooky trade representative will contact you by email within 48 hours to confirm the outcome of your application.

Customers on our Trade program are not allowed to, without explicit written prior agreement:

  • Use the mark 'Pooky' or derivatives thereof in online titles of products or product collections
  • Publish edited or unedited versions of Pooky's product photography on your website
  • Publish edited or unedited versions of Pooky's product descriptions on your website
  • Purchase products from us.pooky.com or pooky.com using affiliate links where you receive additional discount or cashback for purchases from Pooky's affiliate partners.
  • Use the brand name 'Pooky' or derivatives thereof in online Pay Per Click advertising, including, but not limited to Google Ads and Bing Ads.

You agree that when referring to the Pooky brand in commerce you will use a consistent spelling, style and overall appearance as currently in use at www.us.pooky.com.

Pooky can change our brand guidelines for usage of our logo and trademarks in the future which we will notify you of, you agree to adhere to any notified changes in our brand guidelines.

how to place an order

Trade orders can be placed on our website and via email.

To place an order on our website, login to your Pooky trade account with the same email address associated with your trade account. Once logged in, you will be able to products with trade pricing.
