Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver from our US store to the United States. For more global shipping options, including Europe, please visit our UK store at www.pooky.com


How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge for orders over $100 to most parts of the US. If your order is under $100, then there will be a $15 delivery charge. If we need to provide you with a quote we will advise this for you at that point.

For Hawaii and Alaska, we charge $95 per delivery.

How long does delivery take?

In most cases, during our promotional period, customers will receive their order within 7-10 working days, although in some cases it can be much sooner!

Do I need to be present to receive it?

FEDEX offers alternative delivery arrangements, which can be requested when they get in touch to confirm your delivery and would be at the customers own risk.

Can I change the delivery address?

Of course! If you have already received a notification from FEDEX about your delivery then you can follow the link to make changes. Alternatively you can get in touch with our Customer Service team on hi@pooky.com or +1 888-766-5987 and we can arrange that for you. Please note that this may cause delays in the delivery.

Where is my delivery?

Our couriers will be in touch with tracking information via email, or by text if a mobile number has been provided at checkout. Just follow that link and it should let you know whereabout your order is in its delivery process.
